Welcome to High-Life!
High-Life is the Junior High School and Senior High School student ministries of Southwood Presbyterian Church. High-Life Ministries exists as a direct response to the covenant community’s baptismal vows and Christ’s Great Commission. Our ministry is a discipleship partnership with families and works to train our students, parents, leaders and all members in the work of sharing the gospel so that our students grow into mature lifelong followers of Christ.
High-Life Ministries derives its name from Ephesians 2:6, “Heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” It is the idea that as believers we are unified with Christ, and we are seated with him in the heavenly realms.

Bill Harritt
ASSISTANT PASTOR TO YOUTH AND FAMILIES
Bill graduated from Covenant Seminary and has been an ordained PCA pastor since 2014. Bill is married to Janet who is his greatest partner in ministry and in life and they have 2 kids, Janet and William. Bill’s desire for the youth ministry is to see our students grow into mature lifelong followers of Christ who serve their Church and greater community. Bill is a South Carolina native who loves hunting, anything Gamecock Sports, thrift shopping, and learning how to cook things he finds on Social Media.

Luke Nichols
YOUTH DIRECTOR
Luke is a South Carolina native and a graduate of Coastal Carolina University. He served as a youth director in Myrtle Beach for three years before moving to Alabama. He is married to his beautiful wife, Anna, and together they enjoy life with their Boykin Spaniel, Wylie. Luke has a deep desire to care for and lead students into an everyday walk with Christ. In his free time, he enjoys duck hunting, playing golf, reading, and cutting grass.
